**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Draughtsman to produce accurate 2D and 3D architectural drawings and technical documentation for residential and commercial projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed technical drawings and layouts based on design specifications.
- Modify and update drawings based on changes from architects and engineers.
- Prepare working drawings, submission drawings, and presentation plans.
- Ensure adherence to drawing standards and project timelines.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or ITI in Draftsmanship (Architecture/Civil).
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of building codes and detailing.
- Strong attention to accuracy and scale.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
