**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished video content for various platforms.
- Work closely with directors, producers, and creative teams to achieve the desired look and feel.
- Optimize video for different formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios.
- Manage and organize media assets efficiently.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve video quality.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to video editing and color grading.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Video Editor and Colorist**, with a strong portfolio showcasing past work.
- Proficiency in editing software such as **Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or Avid Media Composer**.
- Expertise in color grading using **DaVinci Resolve** or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of color theory, LUTs, and color space management.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects is a plus (After Effects experience preferred).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree or certification in **Film, Media Production, Visual Arts, or a related field** (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience working with **RAW footage, log formats, and HDR workflows**.
- Familiarity with audio editing and sound design.
