**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct Training Sessions**: Deliver engaging and comprehensive sessions on.NET, React.js, ASP.NET, SQL, and Azure technologies.
- **Curriculum Development**: Design and update course materials, assignments, and projects to reflect the latest industry trends.
- **Hands-on Guidance**: Facilitate hands-on labs and real-world projects to enhance practical skills.
- **Mentorship**: Provide one-on-one mentorship to learners, guiding them through complex concepts and career development.
- **Assessment & Feedback**: Conduct evaluations and provide constructive feedback to help learners improve.
- **Industry Trends**: Stay updated on emerging technologies and incorporate them into training modules.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other trainers and program coordinators to ensure quality delivery and alignment of objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Strong experience in **React.js** for front-end development.
- Advanced knowledge of **SQL** for database management.
- Hands-on experience with **Microsoft Azure** cloud solutions.
- **Teaching Experience**: Previous experience in conducting technical training sessions is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications in.NET, Azure, or related technologies are desirable.
