**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, to increase brand visibility and audience interaction.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize content performance.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall brand strategy.
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure success and optimize campaigns.
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and industry news.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Experience with social media advertising and analytics tools (Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and the ability to generate engaging content.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools) are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,801.24 - ₹20,603.75 per month
