**Key Responsibilities**
- Conceptualize and design visual assets for **digital and print media** (social media posts, websites, brochures, ads, packaging, etc.).
- Develop and maintain **brand guidelines** to ensure consistency across all channels.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to design **campaign creatives** and promotional materials.
- Work on **UI/UX elements** such as icons, banners, and infographics for websites and apps (if applicable).
- Edit and enhance photos, illustrations, and other media.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Prepare final layouts for production and coordinate with printers or vendors when needed.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in **Graphic Design**, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as **Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)**, Figma, or Canva.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Understanding of **typography, color theory, and composition**.
- Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics (preferred, not mandatory).
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

**Preferred Experience**
- 1-3 years of professional design experience (or strong portfolio for entry-level roles).
- Experience working in a marketing, advertising, or agency environment.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹48,739.25 per month
