**Job Title: Room Attendant**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Room Cleaning & Maintenance**:

- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish guest amenities as required.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors, ensuring rooms are free of dust and debris.

**Guest Comfort & Satisfaction**:

- Ensure all guest requests for housekeeping services are fulfilled promptly.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost and found items to the supervisor.
- Arrange room settings as per hotel guidelines to enhance guest experience.

**Safety & Hygiene Compliance**:

- Follow safety procedures and proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Adhere to hygiene and sanitation standards set by the hotel.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

**Teamwork & Coordination**:

- Work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in keeping housekeeping carts stocked and organized.
- Support laundry operations if required.

**Requirements**:
**Education & Experience**:

- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is an advantage but not mandatory.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Good physical stamina, as the role involves standing, lifting, and moving for extended periods.
- Positive attitude and willingness to provide excellent guest service.
