We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Field Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products/services in the field. Your primary goal will be to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and foster strong relationships with customers and partners.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute field marketing plans in alignment with overall marketing strategies.

Identify target markets and create strategies to engage potential customers in those areas.

Organize and participate in events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase products/services.

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors' activities.

Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support their efforts through marketing initiatives.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.

Analyze marketing data (campaign results, traffic, conversion rates) to optimize future marketing strategies.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM software is a plus.

Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, as required.
