**Overview**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct routine quality control tests on materials and components used in railway engineering projects.
- Assist in the preparation of test samples and maintain accurate records of test results.
- Support the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving activities to address quality-related issues.
- Prepare reports and documentation for management review and regulatory compliance.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc) or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a laboratory or quality control environment; experience in the engineering sector is a plus.
- Familiarity with quality control processes, testing methodologies, and data analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using laboratory equipment and software for data management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
