**Job Title**: PRT Hindi Teacher

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging Hindi lessons focused on language skills, literature, and cultural appreciation for primary grade students.
- Provide academic advising and support to students, fostering both their academic and personal growth.
- Participate in departmental planning and contribute to committee work.
- Continuously assess and improve the Hindi curriculum through innovative methods and assessments.
- Engage in professional development and applied research to enhance curriculum quality.
- Support recruitment efforts and participate in school events as part of the school community.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: B.A. in Hindi with B.Ed or M.A. in Hindi with B.Ed.
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of teaching experience, specifically in primary Hindi education.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in Hindi, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to make Hindi learning accessible and engaging for young students.

**Salary Range**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month
