**Job Title: Catalogue Design & Coordinator**

CTC: 25-30k

Experience: 3-6 Years

Job Role:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive brand & design strategies to elevate market presence and achieve business objectives. Curate different assets based on a certain art & design concept.
- Design brand collaterals and develop Brand Kits.
- Create visually appealing catalogues and other print materials.
- Design and oversee mainline and print related materials with a focus on graphic design elements.
- Creating compelling releases to stay ahead of the competition in terms of arts and design of branding assets.
- Provide leadership, guidance & assistance to the marketing team.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all communication channels.
- Design multiple catalogues and handle various design related projects as per their timelines.

Qualifications:

- Experience in fine arts, designing, branding, and print media.
- Professional design courses or degrees.
- Proven experience in branding and designing all the assets within the laminate or related industries.
- Strong design skills with the ability to interpret market trends and consumer behavior trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Creative thinking and a strategic mindset.
- Able to design full fledged requirements of the brand. (Standee, signage, brochure, catalogue and everything related to print media)
