We are looking for a motivated **Management Trainee** to join the **Founder’s Office**. This role provides exposure to both strategic initiatives and client-facing interactions, offering a strong foundation for future career growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the Founders in daily operations, scheduling, and task coordination.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting briefs.
- Track strategic initiatives and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Act as a communication bridge between clients and internal teams.
- Support client onboarding and ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Resolve client queries and provide timely updates.
- Build long-term client relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.

**Who We’re Looking For**
- Graduate/Post-Graduate in Business Administration/Commerce/Marketing or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
