We are looking for a fresher to join our Quality Control team for packaging operations in our lubricant manufacturing plant. The role involves ensuring product quality, adherence to packaging standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inspect and verify packaging materials and finished goods as per company standards.
- Assist in maintaining QC records and test reports.
- Monitor labeling, sealing, and batch coding accuracy.
- Report deviations or defects to the QC supervisor.
- Support compliance with ISO 9001 and BIS packaging requirements.
- Follow safety and housekeeping standards on the shopfloor.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- B.Com
- Freshers welcome; training will be provided.
- Good observation skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Willingness to work in a plant environment.
