**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the design and implementation of DevOps practices to enhance the efficiency and reliability of our digital communication services.
- Oversee the integration of Digital Com Service Delivery and Digital Com Peak Mgmt to ensure seamless operations and peak performance.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development and operations teams to optimize user experience services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to service delivery and peak management.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline deployment processes and reduce manual intervention.
- Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime and ensure high availability.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of DevOps processes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to digital communication services.
- Create and maintain documentation for DevOps processes tools and configurations to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members on DevOps practices and tools.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in DevOps and digital communication services to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize DevOps initiatives that align with business goals.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance the DevOps infrastructure.

**Qualifications**
- Must have strong experience in Digital Com Service Delivery and Digital Com Peak Mgmt.
- Should have a solid background in User Experience Services.
- Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Should have experience with automation tools and scripting languages.
- Must have a strong understanding of DevOps principles and best practices.
- Should have excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Certifications Required**

Certified DevOps Architect AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or equivalent.
