**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders from guests and enter them into the point-of-sale system
- Prepare and serve drinks and food to guests
- Ensure that guests are satisfied with their meal and experience
- Clear and reset tables between guests
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and sanitary dining environment
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Upsell menu items and promote hotel services to guests
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and hotel staff to ensure smooth service

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel setting preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Must be 18 years of age or older
