- In this role you will be responsible for adjust and authorize claim settlements and fees within designated individual authority limits. Provide a prompt and responsive service to clients and brokers and work closely with, whilst monitoring the performance of, external service providers and raise any issue which may occur to ensure data is accurate._
- Responsibilities_
- _Pharma Industry experience is preferred._
- _Hands-on experience in managing daily operation of ‘Claims, Deductions or Dispute Management’ and knowledge of its upstream and downstream._
- _End to end knowledge of OTC and it’s relation with Claims/Deductions._
- _Thorough knowledge of different type of Claims request._
- _Ability to identify important factors/causes associated with Claims/Deductions._
- _Ability to communicate technical problems to the appropriate IT staff for system functionality issues and resolution._
- _Identify and resolve Customer/Client Queries and build strategy to drive desired goal._
- _Provide RCA’s and Controls for any miss in the defined process._
- _Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with management._
- _Daily work-allocation & Day-end status reporting to all stakeholder_
- _Deliver the required data for audit purposes._
- _Drive continuous improvement in key operational metrics through Six Sigma methodologies._
- _Ensure Key Metric’s are met, and service is delivered to end users as expected._
- _Daily Quality check of volume processed by team._
- _Identify and resolve Customer/Client Queries and build strategy to drive desired goal._
- _Provide RCA’s and Controls for any miss in the defined process._
- _Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with management._
- _Ability to think strategically and take appropriate decisions._
- _Should be flexible with shift time and ready to work in 24x7 environments._
- _Ability to build customer relationship and drive confidence._
- _Should have good communication skills (Verbal & Written)._
- _Should possess strong problem solving, critical and analytical decision-making skills._
- _Experience in preparing Standard Operating Procedures._
- _Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-changing environment._
- _Should be able to work on strict timelines._
- _Proficiency in Microsoft Office including MS Excel, MS Word._
- _Must have attention to detail with an eye for accuracy._
- _Creative, self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency._
