- Graduate from a recognized institute/university.- Experience:
- 1-3 yrs. of experience. Should have experience in store function of a large manufacturing unit.- Any additional requirement:
- Basic knowledge of data entry- Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)- The incumbent should have 1-3 years of experience. Should have experience in store function of a large manufacturing unit.- Key Roles and Responsibilities- Financial- Material receipt & issue
- Receiving and counting of materials
- Issue of raw material (Physically) as per issue slips of production department.
- Customer Oriented- Verification & Quality check
- To send receiving report and material to the lab for testing.
- To physically inspect the quality of raw material received.
- People Oriented- Maintenance & Upkeep
- Proper housekeeping in the store.
- Internal Business Process- Documentation
- To maintain records of incoming & outgoing material.
- To enter all receipts & issue entries in the computer/register.
- To prepare all the documents of received materials along with the bill.
- Competencies- Technical/Functional- Behavioral- Material Storage.
- Material Coding.
- Material stock entry.
- Preparing stock report.
- Meticulous and a good team player.

- % compliance as per the SOP of Stores
- Maintenance of Reorder Level
- Preparation of indent and proper distribution of materials.
- Indexing of all articles.
