Position: International Voice Process Executive

Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai

Key Responsibilities:
**Customer Interaction**: Engage with international customers via voice calls to understand their needs, provide information, and address their queries.

**Issue Resolution**: Efficiently resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns to ensure a positive customer experience.

**Product/Service Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate and assist customers.

**Documentation**: Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.

**Quality Assurance**: Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards when handling customer interactions.

**Feedback and Improvement**: Provide feedback and suggestions to the management team for continuous improvement of processes and customer service.

**Compliance**: Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements relevant to the international customer service process.

**Team Collaboration**:Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.

**Qualifications**:
**Communication Skills**:Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

**Customer Focus**: A customer-centric approach with the ability to empathize and resolve customer issues.

**Problem-Solving Skills**: Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
