Key Responsibilities:
1. Internal Audit
- Assist in planning, executing, and completing internal audits.
- Evaluate and verify the accuracy of financial records, internal controls, and accounting systems.
- Perform substantive testing, analysis of financial statements, and documentation of audit findings.
- Prepare audit working papers and draft audit reports, presenting findings to senior team members.
- Identify internal control weaknesses and recommend process improvements.

2. GST & Taxation:

- Support the preparation and filing of GST returns, ensuring full compliance with GST regulations.
- Assist with tax filings, including income tax, corporate tax, and other indirect taxes.
- Perform tax computations and help with tax reconciliations, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Stay updated on tax legislation and assist in tax planning to help minimize tax liabilities.
- Assist with the preparation of tax audit reports and work closely with clients and internal team to ensure full tax compliance.

3. Compliance:

- Ensure that External and internal operations comply with all regulatory requirements, including accounting standards, tax laws, and industry-specific regulations.
- Help in preparing compliance reports, maintaining up-to-date records, and tracking due dates for various regulatory filings.
- Assist in conducting compliance reviews and internal audits for company.
- Support the team in ensuring adherence to accounting and auditing standards.

4. Property & Land Valuation:

- Assist in valuing residential, commercial, and industrial properties, considering market trends and other relevant factors.
- Support land valuation activities, analyzing factors such as location, zoning laws, and environmental impact.
- Research market conditions, property data, and relevant legislation to assist in accurate valuations.

6. General Accounting and Financial Support:

- Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Perform reconciliations, including bank and ledger reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and ledger management.

7. Client Interaction & Communication:

- Communicate with clients to address queries related to taxation, audits, and property valuations.
- Assist in preparing client presentations and financial reports.
- Build strong client relationships through effective communication and timely support.
- Collaborate with senior team members to deliver high-quality financial services to clients.

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing or completed CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification.
- Strong knowledge of internal and external audit procedures.
- Understanding of GST and taxation laws, including income tax and corporate tax.
- Basic knowledge of property and land valuation methods.
- Familiarity with AI-powered accounting tools and automation software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and financial analysis tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
