**Pay**: 18,000 to 20,000 per month

**Location**: No.1, SIDCO Industrial Estate, Thirumdivakkam, Chennai - 600044

1) Operate blasting machines to prepare surfaces for thermal spray coating.

2) Select appropriate abrasive media based on material type.

3) Monitor blasting pressure, nozzle distance, and time to ensure uniform roughness.

4) Inspect blasted components for surface profile and cleanliness.

5) Maintain blasting equipment and ensure a clean working area.

6) Adhere to safety standards and proper use of PPE.

7) Work closely with coating technicians to ensure surface preparation standards are met.

8) Record and maintain daily production and quality logs.
