**Job Description**:
Production:

- Establishing precast facility as per schedule in co-ordination with Construction Methods Planning team.
- Preparing production schedule based on construction schedule.
- Guiding precast staff, monitoring and ensuring production to achieve target number of precast elements.
- Workout logistics, arranging and managing manpower for smooth functioning of yard.
- Interfacing with MEP & Finishing team for embedment in precast.
- Ensuring reconciliation of material as per agreed quantity.
- Ensuring ACE provision for precast works.
- Monitoring safety and quality at yard.

Erection:

- Preparing erection schedule based on units to be handed over.
- Ensuring stock of precast elements as per the requirement.
- Ensuring erection of precast panels as per standard practices.
- Optimizing Plant & Machinery at site.
- Monitoring safety and quality during erection of precast elements at site.
- Resolving technical issues in coordination with design team, planning team, CMPC and client’s representative.
- Interfacing with finishing team to ensure smooth handing over.
- Handing over of units as per the schedule.
