- **Ensure Accessibility**:

- Design with accessibility in mind, making sure the content is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities.
- **Maintain Originality**:

- Avoid plagiarism by creating original content and giving proper credit when using external resources.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Create Visual Content**:

- Design a variety of materials, such as logos, brochures, websites, social media graphics, and advertisements.
- **Collaborate with Teams**:

- Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to produce cohesive designs that meet organizational goals.
- **Understand Client Needs**:

- Interpret and analyze client briefs to deliver designs that align with their vision and objectives.
- **Revise Designs**:

- Modify and refine designs based on feedback from clients or team members to achieve the desired outcome.
- **Manage Multiple Projects**:

- Handle several projects simultaneously, ensuring each meets its quality standards and deadlines.
- **Use Design Software**:

- Proficiently use graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other design software.
- **Prepare Final Files**:

- Prepare and deliver final design files in the required formats for print, web, or other media.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Review designs for errors before publishing or printing to ensure high-quality outputs.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CSS: 2 years (preferred)
- total work: 2 years (preferred)
- Design: 2 years (preferred)
