Shift Incharge

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the shift operation team (boiler operators, turbine operators, field engineers, etc.) to ensure smooth plant operation.
- Monitor DCS/SCADA systems and ensure all equipment operates within prescribed parameters.
- Ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency in the operation of boilers, turbines, feedwater systems, condensers, coal handling, ash handling, and other balance-of-plant equipment.
- Respond promptly to alarms, abnormal conditions, and emergency situations, taking corrective actions as necessary.
- Carry out isolation, tagging, and LOTO procedures during maintenance or shutdowns.
- Prepare daily shift reports, logbooks, equipment status summaries, and fuel consumption data.
- Coordinate with maintenance, safety, and utility teams to plan and execute maintenance or shift changeovers.
- Maintain compliance with SOPs, environmental norms, and statutory guidelines.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in power plant operation.
- Experience in 25 MW or higher capacity units is mandatory.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
