**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models to solve complex business challenges.
- Utilize NLP techniques to process and analyze unstructured data, such as text and speech.
- Leverage AI technologies to enhance the automation and intelligence of data-driven processes.
- Implement large-scale data processing pipelines using PySpark to handle massive datasets.
- Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and derive actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and business stakeholders, to define requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Continuously improve existing models and algorithms by analyzing performance and incorporating feedback.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and techniques in Data Science, ML, AI, and NLP to ensure state-of-the-art solutions.

**Must-Have Skills**:

- Strong foundation in Data Science concepts, statistical methods, and machine learning techniques.
- Proven expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and related tools/frameworks (e.g., SpaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face).
- Hands-on experience with Deep Learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
- Proficiency in PySpark for big data processing and analysis.
- Solid programming skills in Python and experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud for deploying ML models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with large, complex datasets.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
- Experience in Reinforcement Learning, Computer Vision, or Generative AI.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for model deployment and monitoring.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,600,000.00 per year
