**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Classroom Instruction**:

- Develop lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of young children, focusing on their cognitive, emotional, social, and physical growth.
- Use interactive and creative methods (songs, rhymes, storytelling, arts, and crafts) to make learning enjoyable and effective.
- **Child Development & Learning**:

- Observe and assess children's progress in terms of learning, behavior, and development.
- Identify and address the individual learning needs of students to ensure their holistic development.
- Foster the development of basic skills such as social interaction, language skills, motor skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a well-organized, safe, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain discipline and ensure a positive learning atmosphere.
- Promote positive behavior, emotional well-being, and conflict resolution skills among young children.
- **Parent & Teacher Communication**:

- Regularly communicate with parents about the child’s progress, milestones, and any concerns regarding their well-being.
- Organize parent-teacher meetings to discuss children's progress and address any developmental concerns.
- Foster a strong, supportive partnership with parents to create a positive learning experience for each child.
- **Co-curricular Activities**:

- Involve children in various co-curricular activities like music, dance, arts, and sports to promote creativity and overall development.
- Encourage and organize group activities to help children develop teamwork, communication, and social skills.
- **Professional Development**:

- Participate in staff meetings, training workshops, and professional development opportunities to improve teaching techniques and stay updated on the latest trends in early childhood education.
- Continuously reflect on teaching practices and seek improvement to better meet the needs of young learners.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
