Ensuring all workshop work is completed on time.
- Responsible for keeping the productivity of the work as per agreed levels
- Ensuring facility upkeep and availability of al tools and equipment
- Exposing technicians on to various levels of training and ensure al technicians are trained/certified
- Initiating housekeeping, safety and security procedures that result in a safe and attractive work environment
- Maintaining dealership equipment in effective and safe working conditions
- Hiring contract workers as and when required
- Daily MIS updating to control MIS
- liaise with allied business agencies

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
