Key Responsibilities:
Create high-quality, SEO-friendly content for the company's website, including blog articles, property descriptions, and landing pages.

Develop and execute content strategies to engage with target audiences and drive traffic to the company's website.

Manage and create content for the company's social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative ideas for content and marketing campaigns.

Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing.

Edit and proofread content to ensure that it is accurate, grammatically correct, and meets the company's standards.

Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure that all content is aligned with the company's brand voice and messaging.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in journalism, English, marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of three years of experience in content writing, preferably in the real estate industry.

Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create high-quality content that is engaging and informative.

Strong understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to write content that is optimized for search engines.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Self-motivated and driven to meet deadlines and produce high-quality work.

Knowledge of the real estate industry and regulations.
