JD for Sr. Business Development Executive:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT industry

Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners

Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients

Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive revenue growth

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of projects

Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales, with a focus on the IT industry

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Familiarity with CRM systems and tools

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Flexible shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
