- Do you have travel and ticketing experience? Do you have knowledge and experience using GDS tools such as Sabre or Amadeus? If yes, we have an opportunity for your carwer to take off. We’re looking for dynamic team players with a passion for people to provide non-voice process support on behalf of an international client from our Gurgaon office.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Working towards consistently achieving and exceeding set targets
- Ensuring first contact resolution at all times
- Protecting information security and taking responsibility for highlighting any issues that you are made aware of by using the correct processes
- Seamlessly multi-tasking, accessing and switching between tools and platforms to ensure you are able to give the most accurate and complete service possibly

**What you’ll need**
- Graduate
- Minimum 2 year of experience working on an international campaign in a contact centre environment
- Must have experience in travel using GDS Sabre/ Amadeus
- Fluency in English spoken and written language
- Attention to detail
- Availability to work shifts in a 24/7 environment including night shifts
- Clear credit and criminal records
