**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Handling Inbound and outbound calls and maintain regular follow-ups
- Effectively follow and use Tele-sales script to handle the enquires from the student and their parents efficiently.
- Building a strong relationship with the old and existing customers.
- Make outgoing calls to students to brief them about TMF courses and based on their interest, ask them to attend free career counselling sessions at our academy.
- Follow up with the students in a timely manner to know the status of their visit.
- Achieving admission/walk-in’s Target monthly, quarterly and yearly by calling and Explaining products to Potential customer.
- Perform counselling & career guidance to the students and parents via outbound Calls/ Face to face
- Maintaining day to day reports as required.
- Assist in outdoor mobilization activities
- Any other admission related task assigned by Reporting Manager

**Desired Skill Set**
- Attention to detail, empathy and inclusive approach.
- Target oriented
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good computer skills.
- Should be a quick learner and enjoy multitasking.
- Previous work experience should be in tele calling /counselling in any education sector or call centre is preferred.
