**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Incorporations**: Assisting with the incorporation of new Private Limited, Limited, and LLP entities.
- **Corporate Compliance**: Ensuring compliance with corporate laws for private and public entities.
- **LLP Compliance**: Managing and fulfilling compliance requirements for LLPs.
- **Corporate Law & Secretarial Practices**:

- Handling meetings, drafting minutes, notices, and agendas for board and general meetings.
- Drafting resolutions and managing secretarial documentation.
- **Client Management**: Providing updates on secretarial compliance and changes in procedures for client group companies.
- **Certification Work**: Drafting resolutions, creating detailed search reports, and certifying documents for banks and financial institutions.
- Pursuing or completed CS (Company Secretary) course.
- Passionate about corporate governance, compliance, and secretarial practices.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹6,500.00 per month
