1Conduct thorough medical assessments to evaluate patients' health conditions and medical history.2Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests to diagnose illnesses or injuries accurately.3Analyze test results and medical data to formulate appropriate treatment plans.4Develop customized treatment plans based on patients' medical needs, preferences, and home environments.5Prescribe medications, therapies, and medical interventions as necessary, considering patients' health status and potential risks.6Educate patients and their families about prescribed treatments, medications, and self-care techniques.7Monitor and manage chronic medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease.8Implement preventive measures and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term health and well-being.9Adjust treatment regimens and interventions based on patients' response to therapy and changes in their health status.10Provide immediate medical care and interventions in emergency situations, such as cardiac arrest, respiratory distress, or severe injuries.11Stabilize patients' conditions and coordinate emergency medical services when necessary.12Follow established protocols and guidelines to ensure timely and effective crisis management.13Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and social workers, to deliver holistic care to patients.14Communicate regularly with patients' primary care physicians and specialists to coordinate care plans and exchange relevant medical information.15Facilitate referrals to specialized services or healthcare facilities as needed to address patients' evolving healthcare needs.16Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and medication histories.17Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards regarding patient confidentiality and data privacy.18Stay abreast of latest medical advancements, treatment modalities, and clinical guidelines relevant to home-based care.19Participate in continuing medical education programs, conferences, and workshops to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
