Position Name: MIS EXECUTIVE

Location: Pune

**Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management**:

- Collect, consolidate, and manage data from various sources to maintain a centralized and up-to-date database.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data through regular audits and validation processes.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate and distribute periodic reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
- Create ad-hoc reports as requested by management to support decision-making processes.
- **Database Maintenance**:

- Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other tools used for data analysis and reporting.
- Implement data cleansing and normalization techniques to optimize database performance.
- **Automation and Efficiency**:

- Identify opportunities for process automation to streamline data collection and reporting procedures.
- Work collaboratively with IT teams to implement tools and technologies that enhance data management and reporting capabilities.
- **Collaboration**:

- Liaise with different departments to gather requirements for reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights.
- **Training and Documentation**:

- Train end-users on data entry procedures and best practices.
- Create and maintain documentation related to data management processes and reporting protocols.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Perform regular quality checks on data inputs and outputs to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
