Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning and Execution:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and sales growth.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, events, and partnerships.

2. Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and campaign performance.

3. Content Development:

- Oversee the creation of engaging content for various platforms, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce compelling marketing materials.

4. Digital Marketing Expertise:

- Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to measure ROI and effectiveness.

5. Traditional Marketing Proficiency:

- Plan and execute traditional marketing activities such as print ads, direct mail, and offline events.
- Explore innovative ways to integrate traditional and digital marketing efforts for maximum impact.

6. Public Relations (PR):

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
- Create PR strategies to enhance the company’s reputation and manage communication during crises or sensitive situations.

7. Marketing for Multiple Ventures:

- Manage marketing initiatives for multiple ventures or business units under Afynd Private Limited.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align marketing strategies with the unique needs and objectives of each venture.

8. Team Leadership and Collaboration:

- Lead a marketing team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve departmental goals.
- Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and IT.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in marketing roles, with a demonstrated track record of success.
- Strong IT background or familiarity with IT-related industries preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and analytical skills.
