**Job Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
**Early Learning & Engagement**
- Conduct daily routines and structured play activities tailored to the developmental stage of toddlers.
- Use interactive tools like rhymes, stories, toys, and sensory materials to support early cognitive and language development.
**Creative and Motor Skill Development**
- Organize basic art, craft, music, and movement sessions.
- Help children develop fine and gross motor skills through age-appropriate exercises and fun games.
**Child Care, Health & Hygiene**
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in the classroom and play area.
- Closely monitor children's health, habits, and comfort, and report concerns to the coordinator or parents as needed.
- Teach and reinforce daily routines related to hygiene, toilet training, and mealtime behavior.
**Emotional and Social Development**
- Build strong emotional connections with children and help them feel safe and happy in the school environment.
- Encourage confidence, sharing, and good behavior through positive reinforcement.
**Communication & Reporting**
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding their child’s progress and day-to-day activities.
- Participate in school events, parent interactions, and classroom presentations.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, NTT (Nursery Teacher Training), or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with toddlers or preschoolers is preferred.
- Strong focus on **caregiving, health, hygiene**, and **daily routine management**.
- Excellent **spoken English and communication skills**.
- Energetic, patient, empathetic, and passionate about working with young children.
