**Tradified** is seeking for an excellent **"Corporate Trainer"** to join our team who is familiar with all the ins and outs of investment opportunities in the market, Also who can trained our existing and new clients cultivate the skills and knowledge of Finance market. The Trainer will provide training Technical and Fundamental of Capital Market and will share the expertise in ways that motivate others. **Job Responsibilities -** - Liaise with the team members to determine training needs and the requirements. - Design effective training programs. - Conduct webinars, workshops, weekly - training sessions etc. - Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc. - Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement. **Requirements and skills -** - Proven experience as corporate Trainer. - Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools. - Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching. - Proficient in MS Office (esp - Powerpoint) e-learning software is an asset. - Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills. - Organizational and time management abilities. - Expertise in Technical and Fundamental in Capital Market. - A bachelor’s degree in finance or experience in Capital Market. **Job Types**: Regular / Permanent, Freelance Contract length: 12 months **Salary**: From ₹30,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Cell phone reimbursement - Commuter assistance - Flexible schedule - Internet reimbursement - Work from home Schedule: - Day shift - Evening shift - Rotational shift - Weekend availability COVID-19 considerations: No Ability to commute/relocate: - Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - total work: 4 years (preferred) **Language**: - English (preferred) **Speak with the employer** +91 9111777925
