**Responsibilities**:

- **Product Promotion**:

- Promote the company's Ayurvedic and Pharma products (health checkup and Ayurvedic medicines) to healthcare professionals including general practitioners, specialists, clinics, and pharmacies.
- **Doctor Engagement**:

- Conduct regular visits to doctors, explaining product benefits, and gathering feedback.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare space.
- **Sales Achievement**:

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by the company.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager to implement sales strategies and optimize opportunities.
- **Market Research**:

- Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities, reporting relevant updates to the Area Manager.
- Provide insights for improving product positioning and market share.
- **Customer Support**:

- Assist healthcare providers by offering proper support regarding the use of products and any technical assistance they may require.
- **Reporting**:

- Timely submission of daily call reports, sales reports, and market feedback.
- Maintain an accurate database of doctor interactions and prescriptions received.

**Key Skills**:

- **Communication**: Ability to clearly explain product benefits and respond to queries from doctors and pharmacists.
- **Sales Orientation**: A target-driven mindset with the ability to handle objections and close sales.
- **Customer Relationships**: Strong interpersonal skills to maintain a positive rapport with healthcare professionals.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- 1-3 years of experience in pharma sales or a healthcare-related field.
- Freshers with relevant academic qualifications and a strong interest in the field may also apply.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Hindi/Marathi.
- Willingness to travel locally within Mumbai on a regular basis.
