**Key Responsibilities**

- **Hands-on Training**:

- Provide students with practical experience in operating dialysis machines, preparing dialyzers, and monitoring patients during dialysis sessions.
- Supervise and guide students during clinical training sessions in collaboration with affiliated hospitals or dialysis centers.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback on performance.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate student competencies and readiness for certification.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Collaborate with academic coordinators to review and enhance the curriculum to ensure it meets current industry practices and standards.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in dialysis technology and patient care practices.
- Participate in workshops, seminars, and training sessions to continuously improve teaching methodologies.

Pay: ₹10,260.57 - ₹24,601.77 per month
