**Financial Reporting and Analysis**:Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- **Auditing and Compliance**:Conduct audits, ensure financial accuracy, and comply with regulatory requirements.
- **Taxation**:Provide tax planning and compliance support, including preparing tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax laws.
- **Financial Advisory**:Offer financial insights and guidance to clients to aid in strategic financial decision-making.
- **Bookkeeping and Record Keeping**:Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping systems.
- **Client Interaction**:Liaise with clients, provide expert advice, and build strong client relationships.
- **Financial Analysis**:Analyze financial data, monitor spending and budgets, and recommend improvements.
- **Tax Compliance**:Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including filing returns and managing tax liabilities.
- **Internal Control**:Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
- **Compliance with Standards**:Ensure financial statements and records comply with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- **Forecasting and Risk Analysis**:Conduct financial forecasting and risk analysis to support business planning and decision-making.
- **Collaboration**:Work collaboratively with other members of the firm to achieve shared goals.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Education**:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, preferably with a Chartered Accountant (CA) designation.
- **Experience**:Relevant experience in accounting, auditing, and taxation, especially within a CA office setting.
- **Technical Skills**:Proficiency in accounting software, financial reporting tools, and relevant tax software.
- **Soft Skills**:Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
- **Knowledge of Regulations**:A deep understanding of accounting principles, taxation laws, and relevant regulations is crucial.
- **Professional Certifications**:Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or other relevant certifications may be an advantage.
