**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research and development activities to support the company's goals and objectives.
- Design and execute experiments to develop new products or improve existing ones.
- Analyze and interpret data, and prepare technical reports documenting findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality control, and regulatory affairs.
- Stay current with scientific literature and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best laboratory practices.

**Requirements**:

- MSc in Organic Chemistry or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a research and development role, preferably in the chemical industry.
- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of organic chemistry principles and techniques.
- Experience with analytical instrumentation and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
