Tour/ Visa Officer

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide end-to-end assistance in visa processing for multiple countries.
- Communicate with clients to explain visa requirements, travel documents, and package options.
- Prepare, review, and verify visa documentation and travel packages as per client needs.
- Stay updated with current visa regulations, embassy rules, and travel guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams (ticketing, hotel bookings, etc.) to deliver complete travel solutions.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in visa consulting or tours & travel industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of visa documentation, travel regulations, and embassy procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of travel booking tools is an advantage.
- Excellent multitasking, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
