Raysoft Infotech is currently looking for a hands-on, self-driven Web Designer to manage client projects independently from start to finish.

**Requirements**:
You should be comfortable working independently, handling both design and basic functional setup. Coding experience in HTML and CSS is essential. Intermediary proficiency in JavaScript, Bootstrap, or advanced backend work would be a plus.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and build websites using WordPress (Elementor/Divi/others), WooCommerce, Wix, Shopify, and Squarespace
- Be able to construct pages taking into account both desktop and mobile devices, and should have experience with responsive UI design.
- Handle website functionality setup (forms, menus, product pages, blogs, etc.)
- Thorough knowledge of issues related to usability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
- Knowledge of code refactoring and optimization.
- Strong teamwork abilities to work as a part of multidisciplinary team
- Have a thorough understanding of the design and development of enterprise based solutions
- Conduct testing and ensure website functions and is stable across the devices
- Ability to handle client projects independently with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

**Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory)**
- Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools.
- Basic SEO or website performance optimization.
