**Job Overview**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Develop written, visual, and video content for digital platforms (e.g., blogs, social media, websites, YouTube, etc.).
- Brainstorm and create content that is on-brand and meets the needs of our target audience.
- Write compelling copy that is clear, concise, and engaging.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Create and schedule content for various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and create community-building initiatives.
- Monitor and analyse social media performance to optimize future content.
- **Video Production**:

- Create engaging video content, including short-form videos, tutorials, and behind-the-scenes footage.
- Edit and post-process videos for multiple platforms ensuring high-quality standards.
- **SEO and Content Optimization**:

- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to drive organic traffic.
- Stay up-to-date with SEO best practices to improve content performance across search engines.
- **Collaborations and Brand Partnerships**:

- Work with other team members or external influencers to produce content that promotes brand awareness.
- Help organize and participate in brand campaigns or product launches.
- **Content Strategy & Analytics**:

- Collaborate with marketing teams to align content with overarching strategies and brand voice.
- Analyse content performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.
- Adjust content strategy based on performance metrics and audience feedback.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (preferred, but not required).
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or others).
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- **Portfolio**: A portfolio or examples of previous content work will be required (e.g., blogs, social media posts, videos).

**Preferred Skills (Optional)**:

- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
- Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and trends in content creation.
- Ability to adapt to new trends and technologies quickly.

Pay: ₹13,672.99 - ₹39,370.52 per month
