Job Summary: The Bioderma Beauty Advisor is a key customer-facing expert responsible for representing the NAOS-Bioderma brand within the premium retail environment of Shoppers Stop. This role requires a passion for dermocosmetic skincare, the ability to deliver highly personalized consultations, and a strong focus on driving sales through exceptional service and education on Bioderma's unique Ecobiology approach

2. Brand & Retail Environment Management - Ensure the Bioderma counter/fixture within Shoppers Stop is always impeccably presented, clean, fully stocked, and compliant with all Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines. - Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all Bioderma product lines, the brand philosophy (Ecobiology), and key competitor offerings within the Shoppers Stop beauty aisle. - Act as the brand image custodian, maintaining a high level of personal grooming and professional demeanor consistent with a premium dermocosmetic brand. - Establish and nurture strong working relationships with the Shoppers Stop store management and beauty

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
