Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Duties:
Greeting and Welcoming: Greet customers warmly upon arrival, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
Order Taking: Accurately take customer orders, provide information about menu items, and make recommendations based on preferences.
Payment Processing: Handle cash and electronic payments, ensuring accurate transactions and providing correct change.Apna
Customer Inquiries: Address customer questions and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Dining Area Maintenance: Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for new guests.
Food Preparation Duties:
Dessert Preparation: Prepare and serve ice cream, sundaes, milkshakes, and other desserts as per the menu.

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required.

Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
