Maintanance Supervisor

**Job Summary**:
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all hotel maintenance operations to ensure the property remains in optimal working condition. This includes preventive maintenance, repairs, and improvements across electrical, plumbing, and general infrastructure. The supervisor leads the maintenance team to deliver high standards of safety, functionality, and guest satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily operations of the maintenance department, ensuring all tasks are completed timely and efficiently.
- Conduct routine inspections of the property and equipment to identify issues and schedule preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting.
- Maintain records of inspections, maintenance schedules, and completed repairs.
- Assign tasks and monitor the performance of maintenance staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, hotel policies, and legal requirements.
- Work closely with housekeeping, front office, and other departments to resolve maintenance-related guest complaints.
- Order and maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues and coordinate emergency protocols.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate maintenance team members.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
