We are looking to expand our social media presence with engaging, high-quality content on Instagram. We are seeking a creative and skilled Videographer & Editor to produce, shoot, and edit captivating videos that resonate with our audience and align with our brand identity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Production**: Capture high-quality video content, from concept to completion, for Instagram Stories, Reels, and Feed posts.
- **Shooting**: Operate cameras and related equipment, ensuring proper lighting, composition, and sound quality for all video shoots.
- **Editing**: Edit raw footage into polished, engaging content, utilizing industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
- **Creative Direction**: Collaborate with the Creative team to brainstorm ideas and develop video concepts that align with the brand’s goals and aesthetics.
- **Instagram Optimization**: Format and edit videos specifically for Instagram's various platforms (Feed, Stories, Reels, and IGTV), ensuring videos are optimized for engagement and performance.
- **Sound & Music**: Add appropriate music, sound effects, and voiceovers, maintaining high-quality audio to enhance video content.
- **Social Media Trends**: Stay up-to-date with the latest Instagram trends, challenges, and best practices to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all content reflects the brand’s voice, values, and style guidelines.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the creative and social media teams to meet content deadlines and goals.
- **Content Strategy Support**: Assist in developing video content strategies that increase engagement, reach, and follower growth on Instagram.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Adobe Premiere: 1 year (preferred)
- Video editing: 1 year (preferred)
- Video production: 1 year (preferred)
