Field Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
Identify and target potential clients within assigned territories through research, cold calling, and networking.
Build and maintain a pipeline of leads, opportunities, and accounts to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our offerings.
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products or services, as well as industry trends and competitors.
Listen to client needs and recommend suitable solutions, adapting sales strategies as required to address specific requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless client onboarding and post-sales support.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals while adhering to company policies and pricing guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts in the designated CRM system.
Stay updated on market developments, customer feedback, and competitive offerings to provide insights for product and strategy improvements.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in a field sales or business development role, preferably in a related industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and effectively convey product value.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while prioritizing tasks to achieve sales objectives.
Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and reporting.
Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
A proactive and adaptable approach to sales, open to learning and adapting to evolving market conditions.
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
