Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the preschool curriculum and educational goals.
- Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel safe and supported.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to engage young learners and promote active participation.
- Foster social and emotional development by teaching problem-solving skills, conflict resolution, and empathy.
- Provide individualized attention and support to meet the diverse needs of each child in the classroom.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children’s learning and development at home and at school.
- Maintain open communication with colleagues and administration regarding student progress, concerns, and achievements.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in the classroom, following all licensing and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Preschool Director or administration.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Previous experience working with young children in a preschool or early childhood education setting.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs and learning styles of each child.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hiring).
- Ability to pass a background check and meet all state licensing requirements for preschool teachers.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
