Sales Promoter

A Sales Promoter engages potential customers to build awareness, excitement, and drive sales for specific products or services, often through demonstrations, sample distribution, and product information in retail settings or at events. Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets, gathering customer feedback, maintaining product displays, and creating a positive brand image. This role requires strong communication, persuasive skills, and product knowledge to convert interest into sales. Key Responsibilities
- **Customer Engagement**: Actively approach and interact with customers, creating interest and generating leads.
- **Product Demonstration**: Show customers how a product works, its features, and its benefits through live demos.
- **Information & Advice**: Provide detailed information, answer questions, and recommend products to meet specific customer needs.
- **Sample Distribution**: Hand out free samples, brochures, and other promotional materials to encourage trial and interest.
- **Sales & Target Achievement**: Drive sales and achieve assigned daily or monthly sales targets.
- **Display & Merchandising**: Set up and maintain attractive product displays to draw customer attention.
- **Brand Awareness**: Contribute to building a positive brand image and increasing brand awareness among the target audience.
- **Reporting**: Collect and submit reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to management.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date with product features, competitor offerings, and industry trends.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,500.00 per month
