**Graphic Designer**
**Location**: Applicants must be from West Bengal
**Experience**: Minimum 1 years (IT industry experience mandatory)

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Study design briefs and determine requirements to develop creative concepts.
- Create logos, banners, brochures, social media graphics, and marketing materials.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for feedback and approval.
- Operate software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and related tools.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to meet project objectives and deadlines.
- Review designs for errors before publishing or printing.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or certification in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer in the IT industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
- Solid understanding of composition, color theory, typography, and branding.
- Knowledge of design principles for both digital and print media.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
